Royal X is a commercial/multifamily roofing and siding contractor based out of the mid-Atlantic. Founded in 1992 as Royal Homes/Exteriors, we have been delivering high quality work to our customers throughout various states and are currently expanding into new markets. Stepping into 2024, Royal Exteriors was acquired and received its new name, Royal X. While we focus primarily on commercial and multifamily projects, our sister company, Dominion X, runs our single-family division out of Nashville, TN. Between both companies, we have offices in Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee, and Philadelphia. Royal X strives to offer our customers nothing but the best when it comes to roofing and siding and we look forward to growing into new markets this year.
