RPS Pools was established as a local alternative to the growing market of large, commercialized pool companies that’s primary goal is to get as many contracts as possible to fill their revenue quotas for their stock traders. Contracting with larger companies has become commonplace given their ability to offer lower bids at the expense of high-quality service and community engagement. Our primary goals are Safety, Customer Service and Cleanliness of the facilities we serve within the community because we are part of the same communities and would want nothing less for own families. We are a full-service professional swimming pool management company that can meet and exceed all of your swimming club’s needs. From opening, inspections, hiring, lifeguard training, staffing, payroll, chemicals, janitorial, safety audits, lesson programs, winterizations to small repairs, large scale capital projects and project management. What you see in your contract is what you get. We don’t hide fees or surprise you with new charges. Anyone can price out just about anything on Amazon or other search engines so why would we markup items for OUR customers who we are already under contract with huge percentages. Communication is key and an integral part of a good relationship. We don’t hide behind emails; we are on site daily. Aside from our primary goals we are in it for a long-term relationship with our customers where we listen to the customers’ needs, ask them what they want and act accordingly. RPS Pools leaders start every season getting their staffs engaged to work during the pre-season and staff meetings. Board Members and Property Managers are welcome and invited to share their expectations before RPS Pools supervisors and managers share ours during preseason meetings. In-season we work with our staff to keep them engaged, boost work morale, and have monthly safety audits (trainings) so that the employees have an enjoyable and strong camaraderie.
