RubberJet Group uses an innovative proprietary high-pressure water jet (“H.P.W.J.”) plant that breaks down large truck and mining off-the-road tires (OTR) in an environmentally friendly way. This allows the recovery of a polymer named RJP™ and RJG™ with a very high natural rubber content. The unique resulting material is then used to produce new tires or other rubber-based products for commercial use. 100% CLEAN TECHNOLOGY The “H.P.W.J.” process works within a closed-circuit system that effectively filters and recycles cold water. No chemicals are used. RubberJet Valley srl is the Italian company that installed the first production industrial scale plant in the world focused on the recycling of OTR tires.
