On a snowy evening friends gathered for dinner. As we began chatting we realized there was something missing in the typical everyday gym experience. Clients going day in and day out rarely seeing results, never building true deep connections with the employees and members lacking interactions with each other. Patrons walking in the door, repeatedly experiencing the same encounters. Throughout that evening we began to develop the idea and mission of RYS Fitness. We are a Studio, owned and managed by Personal Trainers whose focus is to help our clients reach their goals while they build friendships and community with other like-minded individuals!
