S2A Integration, LLC is a Virtual Design and Construction company specializing in Design/Assist and Integrated Project Delivery. The company is set up to provide services across the southeast region working with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and owners. By being brought on board early in the planning and preconstruction stages, S2A helps to lead the development and implementation of the Building Information Model (BIM). Once in the construction phase, the model is updated as the building continues to progress. The model is then provided to the owners as a true 3-dimensional as-built at the completion of construction that can be further developed and used for 6D Building Life Cycle and Facility Management. S2A is committed to this process and passionate about BIM and other leading technologies in the industry. By working as a collaborative team, these powerful technologies can be used to increase design and construction efficiencies, enable stronger communication, reduce costly changes, and deliver expectations on time. Ultimately, this process results in a high quality building product and reliable information for future development.
