Dear Sir, We are willing to support your operations in EGYPT . As far as you may know , we have around 12 years of local experience in advanced , conventional NDT . As explained , we can locally support you in all advanced ,conventional and required local manpower . For advanced NDT , we can immediate support; 1. Online Safety Valve Inspection PSV 2. 2,800 BarG High Pressure Water Jet pump for heat exchanger tube cleaning 3. LRUT – Long range ultrasonic test – 2 equipment 4. PEC – Pulsed Eddy Current – 2 equipment 5. PAUT- Corrosion Mapping – 3 equipment 6. ToFD equipment – 3 equipment 7. IRIS/Eddy Current – Ectane 2 – 2 equipment 8. MFL – One equipment 9. For advanced NDT , we can support within 7 to 10 days , any other ADVANCED NDT in the contract . For conventional NDT we can locally support the followings; 1. Leea Certified Lifting Inspection 2. NDT inspections a. VT using CSWIP/CWI certified inspectors. b. PT c. MT d. UT e. X-Ray f. RT-Gamma Ray g. Safe-Gama Ray – RT with a controlled and safe condition to allow NOT to stop other services. h. Phased Array – ToFD 3. PWHT-Post Weld Heat Treatment. 4. Vendor Inspection / Supply Chain Inspection – Worldwide 5. Holiday Detection 6. PMI 7. Ferritic Test 8. Thermography Test 9. Supply of inspectors “Welding/API/NDT /Painting Certified” 10. Training courses of API/ASME/PMP 11. Environmental Measurements 12. API certified inspection for piping systems, pressure vessels
