SAAAM Zorg biedt in een grootstedelijke context ondersteuning en begeleiding aan kwestbare meiden met een diverse culturele en religieuze achtergrond. Vanuit SAAAM sluiten wij nauw aan op de hulpvraag, de belevingswereld van de meiden en de omgeving van familie en ouders. SAAAM biedt ambulante begeleiding waarbij wij meiden in hun eigen woonomgeving begeleiden naar zelfstandighied en zelfredzaamheid. SAAAM biedt daarnaast woonbegeleiding aan meiden die om verschillende redenen niet meer thuis kunnen wonen. Vanuit SAAAM hebben wij de beschikking over diverse woonplekken waar meiden kunnen wonen en door onze unieke methodiek met hulpverleners en andere vrijwjilligers maximaal worden ondersteund.
