The Company's offers three product lines: CFIP family with 366 megabits per second (Mbps) Lumina FODU (Gigabit Ethernet), 108 Mbps FODU (Fast Ethernet) and 366 Mbps PhoeniX Hybrid Split Mount System; CFQ family with high capacity radio equipment (SDH); and CFM family with low to medium capacity radio equipment (PDH). The Company exports its products to 99 countries worldwide, in Europe, the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, South America and Africa. As of June 30, 2011, SAF Tehnika AS held a 10% stake in LEO Petijumu centrs SIA. As of April 30, 2011, Mr. Didzis Liepkalns held a 17.05% stake in SAF Tehnika AS.
