The Sammons Recruitment Group, established in 1957, was acquired by father and daughter team, Martyn Smith and Harriet Smith in 2019, with the purpose of creating, from this platform, a recruitment group through both organic growth and a buy and build strategy. Sammons comprises of: Sammons Recruitment Solutions a generalist recruitment consultancy with offices in East Sussex, providing permanent, temporary & contract solutions across a variety of sectors, including professional services, local government, and with a particular strength in SMEs. Acquired Farnham, Surrey based On Track Recruitment extends this offering, enhancing our delivery of professional and dedicated recruitment services throughout the South East, partnering with some of the largest companies and SMEs in the Surrey & Hampshire area, well placed in the market, offering a professional and dedicated service by its highly successful team. Sammons Pensions specialises in recruiting for the occupational pensions industry for all roles, including trustees; pensions directors & managers; actuaries & administrators, and for both permanent & interim. Clients tend to be larger employer organisations, actuaries & advisors, outsourced service providers and Government regulatory bodies. Brightred Resourcing is a long-established provider of skilled IT talent as both contractor and as permanent resource across a number of technology areas including DevOps, Project Management, Cloud, Digitisation, Cybersecurity, ERP and Automation for a wide range of clients.
