SANEZOO, a robotics company, is bringing revolution to manufacturing by tackling the most challenging tasks in robotic guidance and inspection. We design our solutions to be accurate, fast and easy to deploy. We deliver intelligent robots. For 3D bin picking. For 3D inspection. Each second saved in a manufacturing cycle boost productivity andbrings major overall savings. Each inaccuracy or defect causes extra costs. We design our solutions to be fast, accurate and easy to deploy. We believe that humans will be repurposed also from the tasks, which were impossible to automate. Robots replace or rather repurpose people for other tasks, in which they enjoy themselves more.In many manufacturing plants:1. slow processes make the whole production lines slow, which is lowering the overall cycle time and the plant capacity2. manual labour is becoming less and less availability, while the HR costs are rising3. full automation is still not possible in many processes (is not Industry 4.0 ready)Our solution to these problems: vision guided robotic product with minimized cycle time, needed accuracy and easy to deploy. In addition, programming of robots, as we know today, will not be necessary. We make life easier for robotic programmers and thus making life easier for the customers.
