Savant Wellness provides proactive, personalized concierge care for adults in San Francisco. The practice is designed for patients who value time, access, and a strong, ongoing relationship with their physician. By limiting the size of the patient panel, we are able to offer attentive, unhurried visits and a level of continuity that supports long-term health. We aim for patients to receive same-day or next business day appointments, direct communication with their physician, and comprehensive guidance on prevention, longevity, and everyday wellness. Care includes internal medicine expertise, coordination with specialists, and support for nutrition, fitness, sleep, and overall resilience. Our philosophy is grounded in a simple idea: when your physician knows you well and has the time to support you fully, your health improves and your experience of care becomes more meaningful. Savant Wellness exists to deliver this kind of relationship-centered medicine.
