Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed for the Israeli military that has been adapted worldwide as a civilian discipline incorporating a wide combination of techniques - from Western boxing and wrestling to eastern martial arts. Krav Maga is not a sport. It is about being fit and being ready to deal with unwelcome situations - whatever they may be. At SKMS we run classes for all ages and abilities. So come along and get fighting fit while having fun with like-minded others. Book a beginners class today. We are the only IKMF club in Scotland. All of out instructors are Israeli trained and each instructor has been qualified by the International Krav Maga Federation - the original and most veteran Krav Maga organisation, run by Avi Moyal - Imi's direct student. You couldn't be closer to the source of Krav Maga.
