SDE was established in 1999. In addition to a broad range of storm water and wastewater engineering services, SDE provides construction oversight/management, and environmental services for public and private clients throughout New England. Among the more recent innovations SDE has pioneered are those associated with illicit discharge detection and elimination projects, as well as various technologies designed to increase efficiencies and enhance quality control in its field operations, data collection, and data usage. SDE is a fully licensed and insured corporation, and a certified WBE and/or DBE in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. The company maintains its offices in the historic Riverwalk development in Lawrence, Massachusetts.
