Message from our MD Koos Barkhuizen: Since March 2008 SEENA Legal has helped more than 4000 Namibian businesses with their Labour needs. Our qualified Legal Advisors assisted SEENA Legal to become the largest Labour Consultancy in Namibia. SEENA TRAINING started with its training courses during June 2012. Our Junior Management Training was well received in the market. Other training courses are developed to add value to the client’s business. We will train your employees, Supervisors and Managers. Fees spent on training will benefit your company’s Economic Empowerment rating. SEENA BEE was launched during August 2012. The Namibian Government’s New Equitable Economic Empowerment Framework (NEEEF) aims to put the economic inequalities of the past in order. SEENA BEE will assist business owners to become NEEEF compliant by providing the business with a NEEEF Plan, Employment Equity Plan and a scorecard. Do you employ 25 or more employees? If the answer is yes, your business is obliged by the Affirmative Action Act, to submit an Employment Equity Report. SEENA EE's Employment Equity Advisors will lend support to your business with compliance and submission of the EE Report at the EE Commissioner on your behalf. In addition, SEENA EE will facilitate all Affirmative Action Consultative Committee meetings. In August 2017, SEENA launched the SEENA Payroll product. SEENA Payroll acts in the capacity of payroll provider on behalf of Payroll Client. This product deals with the financial aspects of employee's salary, allowances, deductions, gross pay, net pay etc. and generation of pay-slips for a specific period and gives clients the flexibility to control every aspect of their payroll, while keeping them in line with legislative guidelines.
