Founder of Selective Crew | Connecting US Businesses with Elite Remote Talent & Cruise Line Recruitment I am the Founder of Selective Crew, an International Recruitment Agency that bridges the gap between global talent and high-performance businesses. What We Do Today: We specialize in sourcing top-tier, English-speaking professionals from Colombia. Whether you need crew for a luxury cruise ship or a Virtual Assistant for your US-based real estate firm, we deliver. Remote Staffing Solutions: We manage a pool of 500+ pre-vetted professionals ready to work as Virtual Assistants, Inside Sales Agents (ISAs), and Admins. We help US companies save 60% on payroll without sacrificing quality, providing staff who work in your time zone (EST). Maritime Recruitment: We are a trusted partner for major concessions like The Image Group, Starboard Cruise Services, and Dufry, strictly complying with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC 2006). My Journey: My expertise is built on decades of hands-on experience. I started my career at sea as a Cargo Ship Navigation Officer before transitioning to the cruise industry in the early '90s. I worked as a Photographer, Lab Tech, and Manager for Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and Windstar Cruises. In 2009, I founded Selective Crew with my wife and business partner. As a former crew member, I possess the unique ability to identify candidates who have the resilience and discipline required for high-pressure environments—whether that’s onboard a ship or supporting your business remotely. Our Ethics: We never charge candidates for recruitment. We are 100% employer-paid and dedicated to the ethical treatment and career growth of our talent. Let's Connect: I am a lifelong learner passionate to discuss HR strategies, SEO, and new business opportunities.
