Our agency started small, but with a strong commitment to service and integrity, we have prospered and grown. Today, with more than 40 agents, Selzer Realty & Associates RE/MAX Gold is the dominant real estate company serving inland Mendocino and Lake Counties from our main office in Ukiah as well as our Willits and Laytonville Offices. Together, through our relentless pursuit of excellence in service, innovation, personal development and profitability, we will be the leading real estate organization by which all others will measure their success. Our firm closes more than 4,800 transactions and more than $2.1 Billion in sales annually in Northern California alone. We’re #1 among all the real estate agencies in our area. We have four separate operating departments: Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Loans, Real Estate Property Management and is a licensed general contractor. Each is managed by a manager responsible for the day to day operations of their departments.
