Our preferred investment criteria include: • Industries: Business-to-Business & Professional Services Engineering Services Wholesale Distribution Specialized Manufacturing • Location: Texas and adjacent states • Financial Metrics: Minimum $1,000,000 EBITDA Enterprise value up to $50 million • Ownership & Management: Family and/or founder owned Capable management team ready to transition • Business Strategy: Capital efficient business model that is able to scale We review a variety of opportunities within the lower middle market. Investments that fall outside these criteria are considered on a case-by-case basis.
