Sindikat biciklista osigurava, potiče i unaprjeđuje dijalog građana, vlasti i drugih ključnih dionika s ciljem promišljanja, dugoročnog planiranja i implementacije održive mobilnosti, s posebnim naglaskom na biciklistički promet. Udruga informira i educira građane o važnosti održivog prometa, savjetuje donositelje odluka te sudjeluje u prostornom i prometnom planiranju. The Cyclists' Union is an association of volunteers that advocates for improving the conditions for using bicycles as an efficient, sustainable and healthy means of transport. We advocate for transforming cities into clean, safe, pleasant, and green places by promoting cycling as a desirable form of transport. Through workshops, educational programs, and collaborative projects, we create safer conditions for cycling and increase the quality of life in urban areas. We believe that plans shaping our cities should prioritize the needs of pedestrians, cyclists, and public transport. The Cyclists' Union encourages and advances dialogue between citizens, authorities, and other key stakeholders with the aim of promoting the long-term planning and implementation of sustainable mobility, with a special emphasis on cycling. We inform and educate citizens about the importance of sustainable transport, advise decision-makers, and participate in spatial and transport planning processes.
