Skin is superficial, and so much more. SkinTellAgent: Dermatology Undressed is an educational nonprofit built on a simple truth. The skin often reveals what is happening inside the body long before signs are recognized elsewhere. Our mission is to elevate dermatology as a frontline diagnostic discipline and to advance awareness of the critical role skin plays in identifying serious and often life-threatening disease. Capturing real patients in real time, we use storytelling to reveal how skin findings can serve as early indicators of internal pathology. This work bridges a long-standing gap between dermatology, medicine, and public understanding while challenging the perception of dermatology as a specialty focused only on the superficial. We deliver compelling education through a medical docuseries, podcasts, and digital media designed to engage both medical professionals and the public. The science is never diluted. The stakes are never softened. When awareness improves, recognition happens sooner. When recognition happens sooner, diagnoses happen faster.
