SMEbig (“Zhi Shang Zhan 智商戰”) is the first AI brand consulting platform in Taiwan, a digital innovation solution launched in response to the digital transformation needs of Chinese-speaking brand marketing. It is jointly created by SWEM Branding Consulting Co., Ltd. (“SWEM”), a branding consultancy firm with over 25 years of experience advising listed companies and a long-term consultant under the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ Branding Taiwan Program, and an industry-leading AI technology applications company. In 2025, SMEbig expanded its presence to Singapore in collaboration with BlackStorm Group, a market access and strategic consultancy firm headquartered in Singapore with an established footprint across Southeast Asia. SWEM has repeatedly won prestigious awards, including the PwC Sustainability & Social Impact Gold Award, the Brain Magazine Brand & Marketing Contribution Award, and the DMA Digital Singularity Award. 智 (Intelligence): Symbolises the fusion of AI technology with decades of brand strategy consulting experience. 商 (Business): Brand at the core, marketing as the lever, BI as the engine. 戰 (Strategy Game): Competing in a highly competitive environment to win in the global marketplace. Recognised by the Ministry of Economic Affairs’ SIIR Service Innovation Platform, SMEbig (powered by SWEM) enables SMEs without brand departments, limited marketing budgets, or time to create content, to rapidly build brand visibility and reputation in a fast-changing market. With limited resources, SMEs can leverage the platform to achieve a second growth curve for their brands and successfully undergo digital transformation. “From Brand Building in Taiwan to Market Breakthroughs in Southeast Asia” The partnership with BlackStorm Group offers holistic brand growth and expansion services: from shaping and strengthening Taiwanese brands domestically, to enabling them successfully enter and thrive in Southeast Asia’s fast-growing markets.
