Established in 1959, Somerset Willow has been honing and perfecting the art of basket weaving for more than half a century, emerging as the UK's leading basket manufacturer. Edward Hill and his son Aubrey laid the groundwork for what would become a family business passed down through four generations of the Hill family. Over the years, we have evolved to supply a plethora of industries, continuing to push the boundaries with the ethos of bringing about new possibilities. From starting out with a pigeon basket order, to working on hot air balloon baskets, homeware and even pioneering the first willow coffin for the funeral industry. Throughout this time, we have been committed to retaining the strongest possible values. Heritage, innovation and craftsmanship continue to be at the forefront of everything we do.
