Mentoring Sensitivity and Empaths to manage their energy, boundaries, self-care and self-love, honouring their being. Empowering sensitive souls to speak out, express themselves. Oscar was a HSC a highly sensitive child and an Empath who struggled to fit in this mainstream system. Abandonment, bullying and lack of self-esteem led to changes of schools and much more. At the age of 16 Oscar took his own life which was a horrific shock as even though we knew at times he was struggling, often sick, allergies but he never verbalised or self-harmed before. Oscar was the one smiling, quirky young man infact we called him our little man, doing magic shows in care homes fundraising but not able to share what he was feeling inside. We now know that the teenagers were talking about taking their own life all summer. We do not believe that Oscar meant to leave us that night, but to express how much he was struggling. Highly sensitive people feel very deeply in a variety of ways and life is very overwhelming and exhausting each day. The over stimuli can bring in Anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and low self-worth. HSC’s Highly Sensitive children or HSP’s Highly Sensitive People experience a very rich and deep inner life. Overthinking and absorbing other people energy as an Empath brings in ill health complete exhaustion and confusion in every day life. Most will experience bullying, learning difficulties being misunderstood for their softness and kindness and often left out in the cold as there is no diagnosis available. Psychiatrists are fully aware of HSC’s & HSP’s and Empaths knowing the full rich deep inner life but they have not educated the teachers or Dr’s. Our mission is to bring awareness, education love and self-care as once this is brought in daily life a beautiful peaceful life and feeling of safety and security will follow and their unique gifts will flow. Sensitivity is King and offers a plethora of incredibly creative gifts that we need in this world.
