Fondée en octobre 2013 suite à la prise du village de Maaloula (Syrie) par les djihadistes, SOS Chrétiens d’Orient est présente de manière continue en Syrie, Irak, Liban, Jordanie, Egypte, Arménie et Éthiopie. L’objectif ? Apporter une aide matérielle et un soutien moral aux chrétiens d’Orient. Secours d’urgence, soins médicaux, enracinement et éducation telles sont les missions de l’association dans chacun des pays de mission. En 10 ans, plus de 3000 volontaires sont partis dans ces pays afin de venir en aide aux chrétiens persécutés.
