Soul Echo Therapy is a Phoenix-based integrative therapy practice specializing in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and sound-based therapeutic interventions. Founded by Dr. Jennifer Couldry, the practice blends music, neuroscience, and experiential modalities to support emotional regulation, stress recovery, and lasting change. Dr. Couldry holds a Doctor of Musical Arts (D.M.A.) in Vocal Performance from Arizona State University and is a classically trained soprano with a clinical background bridging vocal resonance, physiology, and mental health. She is a certified sound therapist, clinical hypnotherapist, and an accredited practitioner of Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT). Soul Echo Therapy offers individualized, collaborative sessions that may integrate sound therapy, hypnotherapy, and IEMT, depending on each client’s needs. The work is grounded in safety, precision, and whole-person care—supporting clients in reconnecting with internal rhythms, emotional clarity, and the capacity for regulation. Services are designed for individuals seeking integrative, non-invasive approaches to emotional health, trauma recovery, and nervous system balance. 🔗 IEMT Practitioner Listing: https://integraleyemovementtherapy.com/member-directory/#!biz/id/68a73e605cb6274f70009933
