At Soul Tree Therapy, we support individuals across Ontario through both virtual and in-person psychotherapy. Many of the people we work with are navigating ADHD, hormonal health challenges, anxiety/low mood, or burnout. Psychotherapy offers a safe space to slow down and work on practical tools and strategies to help you feel more grounded and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. Soul Tree Therapy is a psychotherapy practice co-founded by Janet Melo-Thaiss (RP) and Jasmine Melo-Thaiss (MSW, RSW). Our clinic was born from the deep bond and shared vision of a mother-daughter duo who are passionate about personal healing, growth, and connection. As co-founders, we’ve combined our unique perspectives, experiences, and expertise to create a psychotherapy clinic that reflects our core values of compassion, non-judgment, collaboration, justice, and personalized care. Our journey began with a simple, yet powerful belief: that everyone deserves access to mental health support that nurtures not only the mind, but also the spirit. Together, we bring years of experience and a shared commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and self-compassion.
