SEMMA: THE VOICE FOR MANUFACTURERS SEMMA is a membership-based organisation that represents the interests of manufacturing businesses in the South East Melbourne region. Formed in 2003 to ensure the voice of the rail manufacturing supply chain was heard at all government levels, we saved an industry sector and hundreds of local jobs. Generating $89b in gross regional product, our region has 3,801 manufacturing businesses employing 75,406 people.
