Southside Young Leaders Academy empowers boys aged 8-16 with African and African Caribbean heritage through a programme of character education, life skills, and academic support to foster the skills, resilience, and leadership required to pursue positive life paths. Our early intervention services support boys that reside in Southwark, Lambeth and surrounding boroughs to improve their life chances and reduce the risk of social and educational exclusion. We do this through our flagship Young Leaders Programme which includes a weekly Saturday Leadership Academy, online mentoring, and school holiday provision.
