SpaceTaxi is an Indian aerospace startup developing reusable rocket systems that use space as a medium for transportation. Our primary focus is intercontinental point-to-point travel, enabling journeys between distant locations on Earth in under an hour through suborbital flight. We are building reusable launch vehicles in-house and working toward an aviation-inspired space ecosystem — with spaceports as infrastructure, spacelines as operators, and reusable rockets as vehicles. This approach is designed for repeatable, safe, and scalable operations, similar to how modern air travel works today. Beyond point-to-point travel, the same platform is designed to support space tourism, rapid satellite deployment, and, over the long term, orbital habitats and space hotels. These use cases are approached as part of a single, reusable system rather than isolated missions. SpaceTaxi’s work is centered on long-term space mobility, reusable systems, and the physical infrastructure required to make space activity more frequent, reliable, and sustainable.
