Special Care Nederland (SCN) is een nieuwe, ondernemende en snel groeiende uitzendorganisatie gespecialiseerd in de zorgsector. SCN is opgericht in 2020 door Erik Hiddinga en Marjan Boudewijn. Al ruim 15 jaar zijn zij zelf werkzaam als (zzp) gespecialiseerd verpleegkundigen. Regelmatig staan zij in contact met verschillende ziekenhuizen en verschillende afdelingen waardoor zij weten wat er momenteel belangrijk is en herkennen de knelpunten. Juist daardoor weten zij de juiste match te maken tussen medewerkers en opdrachtgevers.
