Spectrum One Mortgage which is a full service Lender and Broker is divided up into three divisions. We have a retail floor that services all of your conventional mortgage needs. Most recently we have developed a retail team that works exclusively with Senior Citizens in facilitating Home Equity Conversion Mortgages better known as Reverse Mortgage. Lastly, we act as a wholesale lender for all of our Brokers private money transactions. We believe that our three divisions can act as your one stop for all of your mortgage lending needs. Our Lake Havasu based Arizona office houses our loan brokerage and lending with our management staff comprised collectively of over 42 years in business.
