Spirit Of Shankly (SOS) is a Liverpool supporters' union and leader of the supporters board. Recognised as the official Liverpool Supporters Trust, the union was formed in early 2008 by fans opposed to the former Liverpool FC ownership of Tom Hicks and George Gillett, developing into a cooperative representing its members (and by implication other Liverpool FC supporters) on a whole range of issues such as ticketing, travel, community issues and more.
