SporThéraPsy est un programme de prise en charge psychologique, dédié aux adolescents et aux jeunes adultes, qui s’appuie sur la pratique sportive. Grâce à des séances de groupe intégrant l’expérimentation par le mouvement à des interventions psychoéducatives, SporThéraPsy a pour objectifs d’amener les participants à développer leurs compétences en appréhendant différents concepts psychologiques fondamentaux qui animent tout individu. Nous focalisons notre intervention sur trois axes de travail complémentaires, à savoir les habiletés personnelles, sociales et motivationnelles.
