Springboard Caribbean is a leading provider of internationally accredited training, development and compliance services for businesses across the Caribbean. We help hospitality and tourism professionals level up their leadership and food safety standards with flexible, internationally recognized training. Our Management & Leadership and Food Safety & HACCP programs are built for real-world impact—delivered live via Zoom by expert instructors, or through custom in-house sessions across the region. All courses lead to globally endorsed certifications, including from the Institute of Hospitality and Royal Society for Public Health. We’re proud of our successful collaborations with organizations such as the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association (CHTA) and the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO). The Professional Leadership Skills Development Programme was our most recent collaboration with the CTO —a dynamic, 3-part training that was so impactful, it received glowing feedback and global endorsement from the Institute of Hospitality.
