We are a specialized PVD, DLC and Thermal Spray Coatings Company, providing surface technology services for various manufacturing industries including Automotive, Plastic, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Consumer Goods and much more. Additionally, we design and build coating equipment for all types of industrial and commercial applications. Our continuous inhouse R&D and decades of experience enables us to provide advanced industry leading coating technologies to improve the performance and life cycle of manufacturing, machinery and tooling. Our coatings significantly reduce downtime from process issues, tooling change overs and breakages by improving the substrate properties such as hardness, adhesion, lubricity, resistivity to chemicals, abrasive wear, corrosion, and extreme working temperatures. Cutting, Machining, Stamping, Punching, Die-Casting, Extruding, Embossing, Welding Fixtures, Injection Moulds and Spray Nozzles are some of the typical applications for manufacturing tooling. Typical functional and decorative component type coating applications include bearing housings, camshafts, valves, piston rings, conveyor shafts, gears, rotors, saw blades, knives, golf clubs, skates, firearms, marine hardware, utensils, and anti-microbial hardware for industrial and consumer goods. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company we have a diversified portfolio of coating solutions. This includes customized new-generation coatings for specific metallurgical application requirements, along with a full spectrum of generic and decorative coatings. Our large capacity facility in Woodbridge Ontario, provides for significant volume throughput offering short turnaround services of 12-48 hours.
