The College actively facilitates the professional development of our staff by providing a rigorous teacher professional learning program. Our teachers and our students are supported to be lifelong learners. Our within class teacher coaching program enables our teachers to lead by example as lead learners. In recent years the College has worked with Emeritus Professor Patrick Griffin from the University of Melbourne who created an Assessment and Learning partnership to support the implementation of the revised Victorian Curriculum. In 2020 the College has engaged education consultant Mrs Judy Petch to lead teacher professional learning through a coaching approach. Our teacher professional learning program is aligned with the Australian Institute of Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) Standards.
