Four friends who worked side by side in the lifting industry, one day decided that the quality of lifting expertise within construction had been outgrown by demand and was simply not there. For too long we had seen low calibre manpower placed on busy construction sites to fulfil demand, which not only slowed the working day for the main contractor, but led us on occasion to step in to avoid negligence. We want to challenge this approach. At Sterling Lifting we will provide our clients with the very best workforce, personally vetting and training individuals to fit your project and ensure safe and efficient lifting from beginning to end. Heard this before, right? Well, yes, so have we. We have pledged to pay our workforce market leading rates, in order to attract the brightest and most experienced individuals, so you won’t have to worry how your lift operations are being managed. At Sterling Lifting the management team has over 60 years combined experience in lifting operations, spanning significant projects such as the M.O.D, the Olympics, T5 and Crossrail through to many of the sky scrapers on London’s skyline. We want to bring this experience and expertise to your project and provide a bespoke lifting package at competitive rates. When we leave your site we want you to see the Sterling job our workforce provide. ….change has come.
