CPOW staat voor Confessioneel Primair Onderwijs Waterland. Wij verzorgen bijzonder basisonderwijs, algemeen bijzonder Montessori onderwijs, speciaal basisonderwijs, onderwijs voor nieuwkomers en onderwijs voor 10-14 jarigen op 19 schoollocaties in de gemeentes Purmerend, Waterland, Edam-Volendam, Landsmeer en Beemster. Onze wortels liggen in de christelijke traditie, maar binnen CPOW is ook plaats voor algemeen bijzondere scholen die vanuit een pedagogische grondslag onderwijs vorm geven. Het onderwijsaanbod van CPOW is divers. Al onze scholen laten zien waar wij voor staan als organisatie. De gezamenlijke waarden die aan ons handelen en onze keuzes richting geven zijn: vertrouwen, verbondenheid en ertoe doen.
