FRiskA staat voor 'From RISK to AMAZING'. Begonnen als een wetenschappelijke onderzoek naar spanningsbehoefte, wat is omgezet in een praktisch programma. In dit programma leren jongeren hun emoties te reguleren middels wisselende uitdagende activiteiten die voldoen aan hun spanningsbehoefte. Het creëren van bewustwording gaat gepaard met talentontwikkeling. Dit geeft jongeren de kans hun identiteit (verder) te ontwikkelen, wat zelfvertrouwen geeft. Op deze manier proberen wij jongeren weerbaarder te maken, in een maatschappij waar zij veel buiten de boot vallen. Wij werken dan ook vanuit twee pijlers: 1. Spanningsbehoefte bevrediging. 2. Identiteitsontwikkeling, middels talent ontwikkeling en het bouwen van een eigen veilige community.
