De Stichting ontwikkelt beroepsopleidingen en nascholingstrajecten en ondersteunt praktijkinstellingen bij verantwoorde en werkbare taakdelegatie tussen zorgprofessionals. Daarnaast ontwikkelt StICG zorgprotocollen op maat voor individuele organisaties zodat deze zorginstellingen ook daadwerkelijk deze organisatorische innovaties kunnen implementeren. Hiermee wordt voor de betrokken veldpartijen praktische invulling gegeven aan het Kwaliteitskader Cosmetische Zorg van het Zorginstituut Nederland.
