Stichting Mano (voorheen Stichting Hoedje van Papier) zet zich sinds haar oprichting in 2005 in voor diverse kwetsbare doelgroepen in Rotterdam. Daarmee dragen wij bij aan de realisatie van een inclusieve samenleving in de stad.
