Stichting ZIJN is de eilandbrede welzijnsorganisatie van Goeree-Overflakkee. In overeenstemming met het gedachtengoed van Positieve Gezondheid, richten wij ons op het in stand houden en herstellen van de veerkracht en weerbaarheid van onze inwoners. Dit doen we in nauwe samenwerking met gemeente en andere professionals op het eiland.
