At Strategic Utilities Solution (SUS), we bring together a high-calibre team of civil infrastructure experts, digital engineers, planners, and stakeholder specialists to deliver smart, risk-informed utilities solutions across Australia’s most complex brownfield environments. Founded and led by Waseem Boota, SUS is built on more than two decades of delivery experience across the water, transport, energy, and urban infrastructure sectors. Our team supports Tier 1–4 contractors, engineering consultancies, and asset owners to de-risk, design, stage, and deliver utility scopes that are compliant, constructable, and commercially viable. We’re not a design house or a digital engineering consultancy—we’re a delivery-first partner who bridges strategy and execution. We use DE, 4D sequencing, value engineering, and practical stakeholder negotiation to help our clients win bids, compress programs, and gain authority approvals faster.
