StressWise is een landelijke organisatie van therapeuten, coaches en trainers. Wanneer je last hebt van stress of mentale problemen, zorgt StressWise voor ondersteuning. Deze toegankelijke werkwijze laat mensen lichter leven. Ons eigen opleidingsinstituut – StressWise Academy – geeft mensen de kans zichzelf door te ontwikkelen en anderen te helpen. StressWise Academy leidt studenten op tot o.a. ACT-coach, ACT-therapeut en Mindfulness-Coach. Zo geven wij onze menselijke boodschap door aan anderen.
