Swan is an independent procurement advisory firm helping organisations ensure they do not overpay for SaaS, cloud and technology services. Using real market data and experienced commercial judgement, not automated AI outputs, we help CFOs and private equity-backed businesses ensure major technology supplier contracts are commercially optimised and profit margins protected. Trusted by major organisations including Kantar Media, Thoughtworks, Proactis and The Benefact Group. Technology renewals are often the point at which commercial leverage shifts and long-term cost exposure becomes embedded. Most value leakage does not arise from headline price, but from contract structure, renewal mechanics, embedded uplifts and misaligned commitments. We provide visibility of pricing position, contractual exposure and leverage ahead of material renewal events. Where required, we provide targeted commercial intervention to correct structural weaknesses before commitments are extended or locked in. Our focused renewal governance is designed to protect EBITDA and strengthen the commercial position at contract renewal.
