Mental health is a journey, and we deliver expert guidance along the way. Switch provides you with the tools & resources to experience a positive, lasting impact in your life. We develop our content in partnership with Clinical Therapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists and Researchers who have years of academic or clinical experience under their belt. Our fundamental goal is to create tools that work, which is why we fund peer-reviewed academic research to help us improve upon, and better understand the impact of our products.
