Synodical Board of Social Services (SBSS) is the development board of the Church of North India (CNI). CNI SBSS works with the marginalized communities focusing primarily on Dalits, Adivasis, Women & Children; facilitating socio-economic transformation contributing towards country’s growth. CNI SBSS's work is spread across six states of India viz. Maharashtra, Odisha, West Bengal, Punjab, Haryana and Jharkhand. Our overarching objectives are: Resource Mobilization; Human Resource Development; Knowledge Building & Dissemination; Networking And Advocacy; and Facilitating Development Interventions Our thematic areas are: 1. Ensuring access to Quality Education, 2. Access to Safe Drinking Water & Sanitation, 3. Mother & Child Health Care, 4. Income Generation & Asset Creation. CNI SBSS is a not for profit organization registered under Society Registration ACT XXI of 1860.
