With a global footprint, we are currently engaged in ventures in California, Dubai, India, the UK, and various parts of Europe. Led by the visionary partnership of Parvez Alam and Sachi Gupta, both accomplished professionals with nearly two decades of unparalleled experience in the field. Their academic excellence from the esteemed University of Glasgow and London South Bank University further enhances their expertise. Our practice takes immense pride in its diverse portfolio, with major areas of focus encompassing premium lifestyle residences, hospitality establishments, F&B ventures, designer retail stores, and corporate offices. Our creative prowess knows no bounds, as we seamlessly scale projects from intimate retail stores and exquisite apartment interiors to grand endeavors such as a 300-key five-star hotel or the complete F&B transformation of an international airport terminal. We believe in elevating experiences through thoughtfully curated design, ensuring every project reflects the unique essence of its location and purpose. Our team's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and client satisfaction propels us to continually exceed expectations. We are keen on exploring collaborative opportunities with like-minded partners who share our passion for creating extraordinary spaces that inspire and resonate with people on a profound level. It would be an honour to connect with you to discuss potential ventures and how we can together shape the future of architecture and interior design.
