Table was created with the goal to better support industrial designers, students and friends of the industry, particularly those who identify as women, non-binary, LGBTQ2S+ , BIPOC and/or person with disabilities. A seat at the table has long been a symbol for the power of inclusion, but also, exclusion. As industrial designers, we are deconstructing the table and rebuilding it to be the symbol we hope for the future.
