At Tachyotec, we’re redefining the future of data preservation. Our proprietary technology stores data in ultra-durable, laser-modified glass, offering a breakthrough alternative to traditional archival media like magnetic tapes (LTO). Designed for extreme longevity, resistance to environmental degradation, and unprecedented data density, our solution ensures that critical information remains safe and accessible for hundreds of years - without ongoing maintenance or energy consumption. What sets us apart is not just the material, but the philosophy: full compatibility with existing LTO infrastructure. By designing our system to seamlessly integrate into current tape-based workflows, we remove the friction of technological adoption while dramatically improving performance, durability, and total cost of ownership. We engineer everything in-house - from optical encoding protocols and error correction, to the physical data structures - ensuring full control over intellectual property and technology direction. Only the production process is outsourced to verified industrial partners. Our mission is bold but simple: to create the most reliable long-term storage medium on Earth, and to give institutions, enterprises, and governments a future-proof foundation for safeguarding humanity’s most important data. If you're a visionary investor, a partner in data infrastructure, or a technologist with a passion for deep tech - let's talk. We solve the problems others are afraid to touch.
