The Taly Foundation's mission is to provide all preschool-age children with access to early childhood education. Research demonstrates that the years from 2-5 are critical to a child's development, yet 17,000 preschool-aged children in Massachusetts are not attending preschool. Every child has a contribution to make to society. It's our goal to help them discover it.
